Recently I read Buffalo Lights (the real deal), and now I'm reading Taos Soul (not the real deal, but Kindle), so every night lately I lie down with some John Hamilton Farr, and I believe in my fairy world that we are having conversations about each piece. Then reality sets in and I acknowledge that you, JHF, are the one doing all the work. So I want to just tell you that I enjoy the books very much, and I've told my husband he should read them as soon as he finishes whatever sci-fi he's currently on. Last night I read the piece about you sleeping in your 1987 F-150 near Canyon de Chelly on a freezing cold night (not where most people end up when they go for a job interview), and I was thankful to be under my electric blanket. Your domestic adventures around the old adobe, with bears and mice and the interesting folks of Taos, are equally entertaining -- and I long for more. From a selfish stance, I hope that you and Kathy will stay in Taos so you can continue to pen these tales from the vastly beautiful, quirky and mysterious Land of Enchantment.
