I own the previous two volumes of this series and being that they came out several years ago, let's just say I was quite surprised to see a third edition. Boy was this one worth the wait! For starters, this one is twenty minutes longer than the previous two. I'm from the Midwest so I appreciate that pretty much the whole program was filmed with snow on the ground. The video quality is by far better than either of the previous two volumes and I only bought the DVD version. I suspect the Blu-Ray would be even better. This time around you don't have the choice of jazz or country music, but I pretty much was just a fan of only the jazzy music anyway. It is the same lineup of songs they used before, but I must say this program has a much slower relaxing type of jazzy Christmas songs which I particularly like, so it makes up for only having one style of music. Last but not least, the homes that are featured in this edition are nothing short of incredible. It makes me wonder how long it takes someone to drive around and see this many houses decorated at this level!
