Lights seem well made, not as bright as I expected. I’m cautious when a product comes in an unmarked box, no paperwork, no company name. Time will tell if they last.These have a formidable spot beam that has a very nice throw considering the size of the lamp. They are not tiny but not huge either. The assembly acts as a giant heat-sink which is great for longevity of the lamp. Great for mirror lamps on a Jeep!I lived in Europe for 9 years and fog and driving lights were a must to be safe on the highways. In our rural areas on moonless misty nights, the blackness can absorb headlights into a black hole. Although no DOT approval/compliance is noted, these seem to show sufficient light dispersion and brightness to use automatically in conjunction with hi beams to avoid deer and elk in the roadway with ease. Their small form factor and unobtrusiveness are appealing, too. The recent conversion from halogen headlights to LED + these operating on the same relay should be no issue. Will add a separate switch to turn them off when not needed. I haven't decided where they will be used yet. If 4000 lumens isn't enough, will bump it up with something else.These are well made lights that install very easily. They are bright and small enough for many installations. I connected mine with magnets to allow for different applications. I recommend these, they are bright and well made.Spliced them into my reverse lights and they are BRIGHT!Housings are sturdy, and these produce a bright white light. But not as bright as I expected.Then I accurately measured the current draw at 12V, and it was obvious why. These are NOT 36 watts.36 W per pair means each should consume 18 watts.Measuring the current at 12V, accurately, shows each fixture draws only 0.8 amp. 0.8 x 12 = 9.6 watts, only HALF of what the item promises. The title is probably cut-and-pasted from a bigger, brighter fixture.I bought these for a beach cart that I built. Red so that it would not mess up my night vision. They work great and light up a large area. I run them off of a portable 18650 battery box that I built.
