Works great the remote cant be too far from the battery source but i haven't had any problems as far as that. Lights look beautiful. I like the different modes. The cheap batteries I put in have lasted me multiple uses. Overall they are great and couldn't be happier with the quality especially for the price. Have not used the timing function on it. I've had them for a couple weeks and have gotten quite a bit of use on themGreat idea but they are cool white and I bought 4 and of them doesnt work properly. It doesnt have the same modes as the other 3 so that's annoying as I expected them all to match. You also can't set how long they're on/off which I mean from the description. So the first time you use them will set what time they turn off and on.Lights will not work for a wreat that is not white without being noticeable. I did not read description well when I ordered stating wires are white. This is my fault though. Lights do work well.This is a good product for lighting a small area, I used it on a Christmas wreath. The lights are not as bright as I would have liked but they run on AA batteries and I like the timer function for 6 hours on and 18 hours off.These lights were useful and did what they were supposed to. Nothing more and nothing less.I took a very bad picture of the lights on my tree but they light up pretty well. IT IS STATED THERE IS A TIMER BUT MINE STAYED ON ALL NIGHT, WHICH I DID NOT MIND EITHER WAY. I am afraid of the dark....I really am. lolI live in a "garden level" apartment and wanted to be able to decorate for Christmas. These worked great and the timer function was a definite plus.I absolutely hate them. They look blue. They have white cords. Ugh!
