These outside lights are very bright. I just wished the bulb was larger. That's the only thing i didn't like. But honestly for solar they are very bright. No assembly just press switch put the solar panel directly to sun. I like to leave it for a day. It comes on at night shuts off at dawn. Good deal. I give 4 due to size.Impressed with the build quality of these lights. The cable connecting the bulbs together is nice and thick and feels well shielded. There isn’t a lot of distance between the power plug and the first bulb though so your most likely are gonna need an extension cord for powering them. I do really like being able to get 200 foot strands of lights at once, so I don’t have to string together a whole bunch of smaller strands. Makes lighting up the backyard that much easier. I love that the kit includes extra bulbs, zip ties for hanging, and fuses ?????This was just about the perfect length for our balcony. I just wrapped the cord lightly around itself to shorten it so it wouldn't dangle too low. The light is nice and bright, but the only thing is it has a lot of modes and it may take a minute to get it to the steady beam mode. It has a fast strobing/flickering mode that seems like it could give someone a seizure though. It was a slight struggle to put up on the patio ceiling, but that’s ultimately because we needed better hangers. The lights can be plugged in or powered by the solar panel. They were longer than expected, so if you’re using for a patio- we had some string we rolled up and removed the bulbs. It looks awesome with these lights and I may be bias- but I think our patio is the best patio in our apartments! Haha!I got these solar lights to hang in my backyard. I live in Arizona and so far they have stood up to the heat and a little monsoon season weather. I love that they're solar and don't need to be plugged in!I have a few of these in my yard and patio, and the work amazing! Love the fact that they charge via solar panels and you never have to worry about them! The setup was really easy and other than occasionally wiping down the panels (I don't know if it makes a difference, i just feel better doing it) I don't have to tinker with them at all.
