I have a 4 door car so I ordered the 2-pair package, with a custom logo. I was very impressed with how bright and crisp the logo was, especially since it wasn't to the recommended resolution. The attached pictures are from inside my garage. The first one is with the overhead garage light on, and the second is with the garage lights off. It's very bright and clear even with the lights on. There is an IR sensor so that the light only comes on when there is enough distance between the center and the ground. The sensor is also light sensitive, so the light does not come on when the doors are opened in daytime which saves battery life. An IR sensor sticker is included, but I found I didn't need it in the front doors as my front rocker panels have a stainless insert and is very reflective. I found that white duct tape did the trick for the rear doors. When closed, the sensor hit the carpeting which did not trigger the sensor that the door was closed, so I put a strip of white duct tape down, and that triggers the sensor very well. The logo I sent as a white background and I was glad to see that the white comes through, and it's not just transparent. And kudos to the vendor, who responded quickly when I notified them that one of the four lights has a bad sensor and would remain on. They replied same day that they would send a replacement unit. They actually sent replacement pair, so now I actually have spare unit which it nice. I may try mounting that on my rear hatch door. Not sure how yet. I do recommend using the "Adhesion Enhancer" towelette that comes with the kit. I was surprised at how resistant my plastic interior door pockets were to the mounting tape, but after using the adhesion enhancer, it formed a very strong bond. I actually also used 3M Dual-Lock adhesive squares (for those of you who use EZ-Pass, it's the same stuff that is used to mount the EZ-Pass tag; stays in place in extreme heat and cold) on the unit itself and the matching side to the adhesive patch so that I could remove the units easily to replace batteries when needed. I've already recommended these to a friend who saw my Snap of this on SnapChat. I highly recommend these for a cool and fun car customization.
