There are two strings of lights in one box. Can’t wait to use these this weekend!I used these to make my kid's first camping trip a little more special. The remote was fun for both of us and allowed us to keep the battery box stowed more permanently (tucked away in a tent pocket) since the box button is pretty limited in its functionality. Now I'm putting it to use on the canopy bed, out of reach of 4yo hands because the wire is pretty prone to tangle even for an adult. Again, the remote saves the day.dudeee i love fairy light and when i got this and saw how long it was i was amazed like actually butt they do drain the batteries pretty fast but i still love them!!These are great for the price. The remote is so convenient and works perfectly. The wires got tangled up while putting them around my tree but the were easy to fix. I bought 2 to put around my tree.This works for 3 days before battery runs out. I ended up buying rechargeable batteries because it is a waste to go through 6 batteries every 3 days. The lights are bright enough. The timer works well. To save battery don't use the timer mode, but you maybe get 6 days use out of the lights before having to change the batteries if you manually turn the lights on and off.the way these lights were boxed makes them almost impossible to unravel. Do not even open the box unless you have an hour to dedicate to getting them out of the roll that they are in. They are beautiful and I am over all satisfied, but they were a definite pain to use them for the first time.I bought these for fairy lights on my canopy I made. It is long enough to cover from the ceiling to the top part. Good length as wellWe bought these for our teenager to use one set in her bathroom and the other in her bedroom. The string we placed in her bathroom only worked for about 35 days. Just past the return time. We thought this was because of the moisture in the room even though the lights were said to be waterproof. The second string that were in the bedroom burned out at about the 8 month time period. (Yes, we tried new batteries) Disappointing to have to replace so often. We are currently looking for another brand as a replacement. They weren't overly expensive so we gave them an overall rating of 3 stars.
