This chandelier is even more beautiful in person! It looks amazing above our freestanding tub. It only took about an hour or so to hang the crystals. For this process, I placed the chandelier in between two crates, but it could hung wherever it works best for you. It was easier for me to start at the bottom and hang all three levels in one section at a time. When I was finished, I wrapped the chandelier in the plastic bag in was shipped to catch any crystals that may have been loosened during the installation (which shouldn't happen if each wire is securely placed). I am thrilled with this purchase!Giving 5 stars due to aesthetic value for the price. Got this to replace a hideous 70s rental fixture in our hallway, it was a great little upgrade! It does look very pretty once installed, although as others commented the aluminum metal finish looks cheap/dull and not like the photos BUT once installed it didn’t really bother me. That part is next to the ceiling and when the light is on not noticeable in the slightest. I was very pleased that it came with extra crystals as it was tedious and difficult for my sore/swollen old fingers to hang them, I ended up dropping a couple on the ground and they broke. You will need to purchase the bulbs separately, one caveat is that the led g9 bulbs are too long to fit in the 3rd/lowest socket. I believe the shorter halogen type bulbs will fit no problem. So I only have 2 bulbs in mine and it is still very bright and not noticeable! Very pleased with this purchase, so much so that I am going to buy more of them to replace the other hideous fixtures in my place ? Installation was simple enough, but as others have mentioned the mounting screws aren’t quite long enough. Overall pleased though!I've included pictures of what's included in the box. I agree with most people that whenever you hang chandeliers, It's helpful to have two people. I did it by myself so I got a coat hanger wire and bent it to make a hook to hook the chandelier to the ceiling brace while I wired it. There's two ways to attach it to the ceiling. I didn't follow the way that the instruction booklet suggested. I used the ceiling brace that they included. That's the easy way to go since you don't have to drill into the ceiling like the booklet suggests. I turned off the electricity at the fuse box first. After you attach the brace and wire the chandelier and attach the chandelier you can then hang the individual crystals. I had 3 extra crystals leftover after I hanged the crystals. Just have a ladder and slowly go around to attach the crystals because there's over 40 of them. These are actual glass crystals and not plastic. I wore the white gloves that they included when I attached the crystals. This is not a project for those without patience. It's fairly simple, though since you just have 3 wires to wire together. It just takes time. I got the G9 5W LED lightbulbs which is equivalent to 50W. If I had to do it over I would have gotten an 8W which is equivalent to 75W, which is the maximum wattage that they recommend. 5W doesn't look bright enough, even for a small master closet. I would recommend 8W if you want something brighter. It states clearly in the description that the lightbulbs are not included so order some from Amazon. The metal attachment pieces that is used to attach the crystals are soft so be careful with them. You do not want to bend it too many times, just once to attach. They do include a few extras if you happen to need extras. It is a small chandelier for a closet or small hallway and not for a big room. I read all the negative reviews and I think that these are people who are not handy and who did not read the description of the item. I would recommend it if you want a chandelier for your master closet. It is pretty for that purpose if you like some bling. This chandelier has around 250 little crystal pieces, some attached, but most are not. This didn’t scare me...it should have. At least four different people folded the little metal pieces to hold each two crystal pieces together. Each person had an obvious and somewhat different way of hooking the crystals, so I had to readjust them all. But, that fourth person, who added a little twist to every metal piece has been wished to hades by me at least 5,000 times. All those pieces had to be completely disassembled, and the metal straitened out. Now, for the crystals that were cut too short or the hanging holes were a little off, those pieces had to be hung and rehung until the glass didn’t scrape the glass next to it. It took me a solid WEEK! Oh yeah, and who was the jerk who welded over the hole for a crystal? Two hours to fix that. May you suffer a pox. So, have I said yet that the entire chandelier frame was a crooked mess? The cheap interior light that was affixed isn’t even centered. They permanently affixed all that crap, so then you can’t take it apart to try to paint the horrible looking dull aluminum finish...be aware though that the interior light does have a chrome finish. Honest to God, I don’t know how the thing is even hanging remotely straight. I am just sitting here waiting for the weight to finally rip it out of the ceiling. The included cross bar bent from just simply screwing it into place. If it falls, I will not be surprised. Don’t let me leave this out, all the wires look the same! I cut it to size without checking, and all the wires are clear! Oh heck, I could barely see it, but one wire has a tiny, tiny black line in some places, and one of the other wires has a very light bluish cast to it fading in and out. I prayed that was the ground and went with it. House has thus far not burned down.Looks lovely! Not too hard to hang crystals if you have a little patience. But they can break easily, so it would be nice to be able to order replacements. This light is beautiful light that illuminates on the ceiling and walls. Very pleased with purchase. I put this light above my garden tub. Very relaxing to see the light sparkle. The crystals are glass and were not hard to place once I got the hang of how to attach them to the chandelier. Read the instructions clearly. A small handed person can do the job with no problem. My significant other did not have the patients. Would purchase again!!!!!I gave 5 stars for Easy to install, value for your money but why I gave 2 stars overall? It’s beautiful and easy to install; I called guy to install and it took few minutes for him to install; I missed to notice light bulbs are not included and I ordered bulbs from Amazon and got it. I was excited but … hmmm. There are 4 holders around and 1 in the middle; 4 holders around have short size (basically when you want to install bulb you have enough space) but there is vey less space for Center holder because it’s too low towards base. Let’s say you plug all bulbs including center before install it on ceiling but what would you do if you have to change it in future? In that case you would need remove it completely from ceiling and plug Center bulb and then install on ceiling again. In shot design flaw; Center bulb holder could be 2 cm small so that bulb can be installed.I don’t want to remove from ceiling and put it back; so I have 4 bulbs around but not the Center one :(.Looking great.2 things:1. Two bolts/screws provided to attach Chandelier to the ceiling bracket are the same length as the depth of Chandelier top cover so, they wouldn't extend beyond it and end nuts cannot be used to attach Chandelier to the ceiling. Had to find longer screws so, they stick out, beyond the bottom of the top cover and Chandelier can be secured with end nuts.2. Distance ( 1.7 inch ) between bottom bulb fixture and the grill below it (please refer to the image) is not sufficient to install contemporary LED bulb. It is just enough for a "standard" G9 bulb.https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B072P6PNK5/ref=redir_mobile_desktop?_encoding=UTF8&aaxitk=8w8vwcxQTjI88zD-vv5TyA&hsa_cr_id=9253126600701&pd_rd_plhdr=t&pd_rd_r=ff8a6e9c-ac58-4fc2-a9bc-27e4e66c538a&pd_rd_w=TyKAL&pd_rd_wg=KMv81&ref_=sbx_be_s_sparkle_td_asin_0_title&th=1These chandeliers are good looking and not very hard to install. The crystals are of very good quality. I did not like the metal colour so I painted them in gold. I was very satisfied with the result. Only one crystal broke during shipping but there are spares. The problem is that they are really really small (compare them to the fire detector in my pictures). They are not to be used in regular size rooms/lofts/kitchens/bedrooms/living rooms. Go for a 5 lights instead of 3 in such cases. They are fine if used in a small hallway/walk-in or laundry room. Other then that you will be loosing your money. The advertised pictures and video are all magnified to make them look bigger. I wish I did not paint them so I can return them and get the 5 lights instead. The other problem is there is no way you can get a regular G9 LED bulb inserted in the middle central bulb housing because there is not enough clearance (1.7 inch) with a grill supporting the crystals and most modern G9 LED lights are more than 2 inch long. So this is definitely a design flaw. Juste faire certain de vérifier la longueur des ampoules DEL recommandées car celles que j'ai acheté ne font pas au centre... c'est mon erreur de n'avoir pas bien vérifiéThis light came with only little balls no long hanging crystals not sure if it was missing parts or not but very ugly on arrival
