This is my third of fourth purchase from this company because we have been so happy with the quality and customer service. We started with just 3 custom roman shades to see how they fit and looked before we order for the rest of the house and we are very happy. Each window was a slightly different size so each blind came clearly labelled with the correct measurements so we knew which window it was for. They move up and down very smoothly and the quality of the shade is excellent! We are now ordering for all the rest of the windows. I would recommend buying the sample pack so you can get an idea of the color you want. We went with beige white and it is beautiful! The customer service is just as excellent. They contacted me after I ordered to confirm all the measurements and even double checked our selections because they were different from some of our previous orders. I thought that was very nice and showed their attention to details from my specific previous orders. I get so many compliments on our curtains and shades and they are an excellent price.
