My goal is to keep the lights to a bare minimum in my room. I personally feel like this helps with overall mood, decrease in headaches, and alertness. Unfortunately, after using them for about a week, they have quit turning on. It is very frustrating that they do not work anymore. I also bought during the summer, and so by the time I put them up during the school year and realized they only worked for a week, the return date is already past.
